SMAR 2007 Award Winners

Each year SMAR recognizes members who have attained high levels of carreer success. Follow the links below to see all the SMAR members who have received recognition for their efforts in the 2007 listing and selling season. Note that the 2007 season was especially difficult due to a declining market and tightened financing conditions. Some of the resdiential awards criteria, made more difficult during the stronger market years, were changed again to reflect the current market conditions. Commercial and Team criteria were not changed.



Residential Awards

Diamond Awards: given to members who achieved at least $10,000,000 in dollar volume with a minimum of 25 transactions or completed 70 listing and/or selling transactions regardless of dollar volume in 2007.

Platinum Awards: given to members who achieved between $6,000,000 and $9,999,999 in total volume with a minimum of 20 transactions, or who completed at least 55 transactions for 2007.

Gold Awards: given to members who achieved between $4,000,000 and $5,999,999 in total volume with a minimum of 12 transactions, or who completed at least 40 transactions for 2007.

Silver Awards: given to members who achieved between $2,000,000 and $3,999,999 in total volume with a minimum of 8 transactions, or who completed at least 25 transactions for 2007.

Bronze Awards: given to members who achieved between $1,000,000 and $1,999,999 in total volume with a minimum of at least 5 transactions, or who completed at least 6 transactions for 2007.

Rookies of the year: given to first year licensees who have never been licensed by another jurisdiction; the awards are based on the highest number of settled transactions for the year. Dollar volume is considered in the event of a tie. Each county may select one rookie.


Team Awards

Diamond Team Awards: given to member teams who achieved at least $20,000,000 in total volume with a minimum of 42 transactions or who completed at lease 140 transactions for 2007.

Platinum Team Awards: given to member teams who achieved between $12,000,000 and $19,999,999 in total volume with a minimum of 36 transactions or who completed at lease 110 transactions for 2007.

Gold Team Awards: given to members who achieved between $8,000,000 and $11,999,999 in total volume with a minimum 30 transactions or who completed at least 80 transactions for 2007.

Silver Team Awards: given to members who achieved between $4,000,000 and $7,999,999 in total volume with a minimum of 24 transactions or who complete at least 50 transactions for 2007.

Bronze Team Awards: given to members who achieved between $2,000,000 and $3,999,999 in total volume with a minimum of 18 transactions or who complete at least 30 transactions for 2007.


Commericial/Industrial Awards

Diamond Awards: given to members who achieved at least $10,000,000 in total volume.

Platinum Awards: given to members who achieved between $6,000,000 and $9,999,999 in total volume.

Gold Awards: given to members who achieved between $4,000,000 and $5,999,999 in total volume.

Silver Awards: given to members who achieved between $2,000,000 and $3,999,999 in total volume.

Bronze Awards: given to members who achieved between $1,000,000 and $1,999,999 in total volume.


Hall of Fame

Recipent of Distinguished Sales Club awards for five separate years, minimum of $1,000,000 sales prior to 1997, minimum $1,000,000 sales and/or listings, minimum $2,000,000 sales per year starting in 1998.
