SMAR 2010 Award Winners

Each year SMAR recognizes members who have attained high levels of carreer success. The challenging market seen in 2008-2009 led to a revised set of elligibility rules for award recognition. The same rules applied in the 2010 sales year. Generally, the minimum number of transactions requirement was reduced or separated from the total dollar volume requirement. Meeting either the dollar volume or the transaction requirement was sufficient for awards recognition. Follow the links below to see all the SMAR members who have received recognition for their efforts in the challenging market conditions of the 2010 listing and selling season. Anyone serving as a sales manager during the sales year was not eligible to receive an award even if they had sufficient sales or listing production.

Residential Awards

Diamond Awards: given to members who achieved at least $10,000,000 in dollar volume or completed 50 listing and/or selling transactions regardless of dollar volume in 2010.

Platinum Awards: given to members who achieved between $6,000,000 and $9,999,999 in total volume or who completed at least 30 transactions for 2010.

Gold Awards: given to members who achieved between $4,000,000 and $5,999,999 in total volume or who completed at least 20 transactions for 2010.

Silver Awards: given to members who achieved between $2,000,000 and $3,999,999 in total volume or who completed at least 10 transactions for 2010.

Bronze Awards: given to members who achieved between $1,000,000 and $1,999,999 in total volume or who completed at least 5 transactions for 2010.

Rookies of the year: given to first year licensees who have never been licensed by another jurisdiction; the awards are based on the highest number of settled transactions for the year. Dollar volume is considered in the event of a tie. Each county may select one rookie.


Team Awards

Diamond Team Awards: given to member teams who achieved at least $20,000,000 or who completed at lease 42 transactions for 2010.

Platinum Team Awards: given to member teams who achieved between $12,000,000 and $19,999,999 in total volume or who completed at least 36 transactions for 2010.

Gold Team Awards: given to members who achieved between $8,000,000 and $11,999,999 in total volume or who completed at least 30 transactions for 2010.

Silver Team Awards: given to members who achieved between $4,000,000 and $7,999,999 in total volume or who complete at least 20 transactions for 2010.

Bronze Team Awards: given to members who achieved between $2,000,000 and $3,999,999 in total volume or who complete at least 18 transactions for 2010.

Diamond Awards: given to members who achieved at least $10,000,000 in total volume.

Platinum Awards: given to members who achieved between $6,000,000 and $9,999,999 in total volume.

Gold Awards: given to members who achieved between $4,000,000 and $5,999,999 in total volume.

Silver Awards: given to members who achieved between $2,000,000 and $3,999,999 in total volume.

Bronze Awards: given to members who achieved between $1,000,000 and $1,999,999 in total volume.


Hall of Fame

Recipents of Distinguished Sales Club awards for five separate years, minimum of $1,000,000 sales prior to 1997, minimum $1,000,000 sales and/or listings, minimum $2,000,000 sales per year starting in 1998.
