The Southern Maryland Association of REALTORSŪ website
is an excellent way to target your promotional activities to the REALTORŪ
market in Calvert, Charles, and St Mary's Counties. Our membership consists
of over 1,500 REALTORSŪ and affiliated businesses and our site is THE
place to go for real estate information in Southern Maryland.
Our site is growing! We now average over 730,000 page views a month,

typically display within the three spaces well over 100,000 times in a 9-month

Website ads are available to SMAR members for varying
lengths of time at very attractive rates. Ads come with a customer-accessible web account that permits you, at your option, to monitor your ads, or turn the responsibility over to us and we'll watch it for you. We also provide exposure and click- through counts.
All ads must conform to our
advertising specifications (sizes are restricted), and must abide by our adverstising guidelines.
SMAR reserves the right to restrict, delete refuse or remove ads or ad
content deemed inappropriate.

Printed SMAR Newsletter The SMAR TIMES
SMAR issues a quarterly 12-page printed newsletter to all our 1500+ members. Winter. Spring, Summer and Fall editions each have a limited number of ad spaces available. Ads may be business card, quarter page, half page or premium half page. Rates are available to members only! (REALTORŪ and Affiliate Members)
