SMAR Affiliate Membership

Most potential home buyers and sellers meet with a Realtor first. Our Realtor members are in
the best position to enhance the experience of their prospective clients by recommending the services of trusted affiliates. Builders, electricians, title companies, appraisers, pest inspectors, house painters, and mortgage service providers are just a few of the many industries related to
real estate who can benefit from becoming an Affiliate member of the Southern Maryland
Association of Realtors. SMAR Affiliate members enjoy opportunities to network and build
lasting business relationships with the Realtors most likely to recommend their services, as
well as other Affiliates.

Principal Affiliate
$185.00 + $200.00 Application Fee

Affiliate Associate*
$180.00 ( No Application Fee)

*Associate membership requires a qualified Principal membership. Pro-rated rates may
 apply when joining later in the Fiscal Year. Fiscal Year is July1 - June 30.
