Membership in the Southern Maryland Association is open not only to all REALTORS® holding a license in good standing, but also to non-REALTORS® who might be interested in the many benefits of membership in our dynamic and growing Association.

If you already have your license, and would like to join this dynamic Association, click here for a member application. In our records system members are tied to offices. "Office" refers to the company identity--it doesn'et mean everyone in your office must join SMAR as well. We just need enough information about your office to ensure we properly represent the company you work for. What are the benefits?

We hope that you take advantage of the opportunity to attend pre-licensing classes at SMAR and get to know the workings of our Association so that we may welcome you as a member when you complete the licensing process.

Absolutely yes!  Non-REALTORS® also benefit from Affiliate membership in SMAR. Home Improvement companies, painters, financial service providers and insurance companies are just a few of the many businesses that benefit from working with our many REALTOR® members.
