Education Requirements
The Maryland Real Estate Commission requires REALTORSŪ to maintain their
licenses by attending regular continuing education classes. Requirements
for classes
depend on the length of time a REALTORŪ has kept a Maryland Real Estate
license
and the the area of specialization (Residential or Commercial).

The Maryland Real Estate Comission has recently updated the education requirements. The number of hours required each year remains the same, but the division between fair housing, legislative, and ethics has been adjusted depending on your license expiration date. Be sure to check
with the Maryland
Real Estate Commission continuing education page to get the
most current requirements.
