The southern Maryland Association of REALTORS invites its members to brighten the Holiday for local people in need. Below is a list of local residents living in the St Mary's Nursing Center. Each person was selected as someone unlikely to receive support from family or friends this season. Following each name is a list of items that individual needs. We are asking our members to select people from the list and to purchase the needed items so they may be presented as gifts. The gifts will be collected by the SMAR Community Relations and CARE Award Committee and distributed before December 25th.

The listed items are just suggestions. You are not expected to buy everything on the list. Whatever you choose to give will be greatly appreciated. Gifts should be placed in gift bags (wrapped boxes may be too difficult to open), and labeled with the county, and list name or number of the person who is to receive the gift.

To sponsor a person, simply click their name. An email window will open allowing you to send SMAR staff notification of your desire to become a Secret Santa. Once your email is received, the site will be updated to show a new light or ornament on our caring tree. When you see a star shining on the tree's top, you'll know everyone on the list will have a brighter Holiday. Let's fill that tree top to bottom!
