The full schedule of prorated dues for the 2009-2010 fiscal year applies to anyone joining SMAR as an Affiliate member after June 30, 2009. Principal Affiliate Membership is the first member to join from the member's company or organization. Subsequent members from that company or organization may join as Associate Members. Associate memebrship does not require an application fee.
Some Affiliate members may also choose to join the Sentrilock Lock Box System. Lock box participation fees are separate and not included in the proration schedule below. Click here if you want to see the Sentrilock Lock Box Annual Fee Proration Schedule.

A note about SMAR and the Sentrilock Lock Box System: SMAR and the Sentrilock Lock Box System SMAR offers are two separate entities. Participation in the lock box system is not considered the same as full association membership and does not entitle the lock box system participant to full SMAR membership benefits.
