The full schedule of prorated dues for the 2007-2008 fiscal year applies to anyone already a REALTOR® member of SMAR as of June 30, 2007. Lockbox participation fees are included for those members choosing to participate in the system. Those electing not to participate will not be billed the lock box annual participation fee.

A note about lockbox fees: SMAR will bill annual lockbox participation fees to members who have joined the system beginning in FY 2007-2008. Anyone joining the lockbox system in the current fiscal year will pay the applicable fees when they join. The $125.00 participation fee is prorated quarterly.
