The full schedule of prorated dues for the 2007-2008 fiscal year applies to anyone joining the Sentrilcok lock box system after June 30, 2007. Joining the Sentrilock system means purchasing a key card, which entails a separate cost not included in the schedule below. Only the annual fee is prorated. Hardware costs (readers, key cards, lock boxes etc.) are not prorated.

A note about SMAR and the Sentrilock Lock Box System: SMAR and the Sentrilock Lock Box System SMAR offers are two separate entities. Participation in the lockbox system does not require joining SMAR as a full member. SMAR participates in key-reciprocity with other area associations of REALTORS®. This means membership in one of the reciprocity associations entitles you to participate in the SMAR lock box system without having to join SMAR as an association member. Participation in the lock box system is not considered the same as full association membership and does not entitle the lock box system participant to full SMAR membership benefits.
