The Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS® website is a great way to conveniently provide your site visitors with the best information on Southern Maryland REALTORS® and their activities. Our site contains over 1,300 REALTORS® and over 100 Affiliated businesses who are eager to serve the needs of your site visitors.

SMAR makes links available to members for just $25.00. Why do we charge? Our Association is nonprofit and our staff is supported by the dues we charge our members. Non-member links require staff labor, so we charge a single flat fee to cover our costs. The links appear in a table devoted to promoting those member companies who support our efforts by purchasing links. Each link consists of a thumbnail image of the company logo, name, address and number. Full web pages and advertising spaces are also available, at low member prices, with all revenue supporting the Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS®
