Richard P Graham Sr. Room, Half Size Option
Measuring 30' x 60', the Graham room offers 1,800 square feet of space
suitable for large meetings, gatherings, parties and receptions. A tracked
divider allows the room to be cut into two smaller rooms, about 900 sf
each, with separate lighting and temperature controls.
When the divider is closed, the half room option holds 50 theater-style
seating (no tables), or 35 classroom-style seating (with tables). Create
your own layout using the 44 rectangular tables, 2 round tables, and 156
chairs that are included with the room.

A ceiling-mounted projection screen,* TV/VCR, podium,
overhead projector, cordless microphone, speaker, flipchart easel, and
small kitchen facilities* suitable for coffee and light refreshments,
are at your disposal. The grand entrance foyer, framed by two sweeping
staircases, makes an impressive decorative stage for photos and provides
additional space for larger gatherings. It makes a perfect staging area
for catered events and is included in the price.
The facility and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Alcoholic beverages
are permitted. Both rooms are smoke-free environments.
The room has recently been refurbished! New tile
flooring, fresh paint, and multiple high-speed internet access ports have
been added. Contact Steuart Bowling, Director of Technology and New Business
Development if your plans include internet access needs.
