Rent Our Facilities for your next meeting or event!

The Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS® has space available for your special event needs. The convenient Hughesville location is easily accessible to the entire tri-county area making our rooms ideal for company meetings, training, seminars and gatherings. NOTE: Facilities are only available for rental during normal business hours, 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. No after hours, holiday or weekend rentals will be accepted.


Receptions, large meetings and training events: 
The Richard P. Graham Sr. Room is 30' X 60' and includes tables and chairs. The room has recently been refurbished with fresh paint and new flooring. Multimedia equipment and Multiple DSL connections available.


Executive meetings, planning sessions, committees, task forces, etc:
The Hamilton Executive Meeting Room is 18' X 24' and is best suited meetings of 25 people or less. A single DSL connection is available.
