Rent Our Facilities for your next business meeting!

The Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS® has space available for your business meeting needs. The convenient Hughesville location is easily accessible to the entire tri-county area making our rooms ideal for company meetings, training, seminars and gatherings. NOTE: Facilities are available for rental between the hours of 8:30AM to 8:00PM, Monday through Friday. After hour rates (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday are also available. Holiday, weekend or social gathering rentals are not accepted.


Large meetings and training events: 
The Richard P. Graham Sr. Room is 30' X 60' and includes tables and chairs. The room has recently been refurbished with fresh paint and new flooring. Multimedia equipment and Multiple DSL connections available.


Executive meetings, planning sessions, committees, task forces, etc:
The Hamilton Executive Meeting Room is 18' X 24' and is best suited meetings of 25 people or less. A single DSL connection is available.
