Richard P Graham Sr. Room, Full Size Option

Measuring 30'x 60', the Graham room offers 1,800 square feet of space suitable for large meetings, gatherings, and receptions. No parties, please. Centrally located in Hughesville, the room is well-suited to serve the needs of the tri-county area. Plenty of paved parking is available.

Additional auxiliary spaces (not paved) may be used on the surrounding grounds. A blue chip base in under the grass closest to the paved lot. Customers may select 125 theater-style seating (no tables), or 88 classroom-style seating, (with tables), or create your own layout. A total of 44 rectangular tables, 2 round tables, and 156 chairs are included and the room's neutral colors permit a variety of decorative themes.

A ceiling mounted projection screen, TV/VCR, podium, overhead projector, cordless microphone, speaker, flipchart easel, and small kitchen facilities* suitable for coffee and light refreshments, are at your disposal. The grand entrance foyer, framed by two sweeping staircases, makes an impressive decorative stage for photos and provides additional space for larger gatherings. It makes a perfect staging area for catered events and is included in the price.

The facility and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Alcoholic beverages are permitted. This is a smoke-free environment.

The room has recently been refurbished! New tile flooring, fresh paint, and multiple high-speed internet access ports have been added. Contact Steuart Bowling, Director of Technology and New Business Development if your plans include internet access needs.
