OCEAN CITY, Md. -- The Southern Maryland Association of Realtors were recently recognized that the Maryland Realtors Annual Conference in Ocean City, Maryland, as the winners of the 2026 C.A.R.E Award!
The Community Action and Realtor Excellence (C.A.R.E.) Award is given to local associations, recognizing achievements in community service and charitable actions. The award recognizes SMAR for having an extraordinary record of local association community service and involvement.
In 2015, the Award was renamed “William J Neary Jr Community Action and REALTOR Excellence Award” to honor the champion of this award, former Maryland REALTORS® President William “Bill” J. Neary Jr.
SMAR would like to recognize and thank our amazing Community Relations Committee for all of their hard work over the past year, along with all of our members who have shown up to help us make a difference in our community!
