To become a Southern Maryland Association of Realtors® Member or Affiliate, all applications can now be submitted through our website's portal!

To fill out the new member application, you will have to first login to the portal, and select the "Become A Member" tile. If you don't already have an account, you will first be asked to create a free account. We recommend completing your application via a laptop/desktop computer, not a handheld device.

After completing your application for membership, a SMAR staff member will manually review and approve your submission. Your payment will be processed immediately after your online application has been approved.
