The Richard P. Graham Sr. Room (Classroom) is perfect for large meetings and training events. The room includes state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment as well as a kitchen area and a coffee bar set-up. This room measures 30’ x 60’ and offers 1,800 square feet of meeting space. The room has the capability of being set up with theater-style seating (no tables, 125 chairs) or classroom-style seating (tables and 60-70 chairs).

The Hamilton Board Room is perfect for meetings. This room includes a display for presentations and Wi-Fi. This room measures 32’ x 15’ and has the capability to hold up to 20 people. This room is perfect for team meetings or sales meetings. The room has a large screen display that can be connected wirelessly to a laptop.

The Audio-Visual Room will be facilitated by SMAR staff. This room can be used for creating multimedia content such as headshots, videos, podcasts, or interviews. It can also be used for media interviews, press conferences, or public relations activities.

The Davies Room/Library includes a display for presentations. This room measures 26’ x 15’ and includes a small table with 4 chairs as well as a display for presentations. This room is perfect for small meetings or private meetings.

The Member Work Stations can be used as needed by members, and can be accessed 24/7/365. This space has its own exterior entrance controlled by a SentriLock Lockbox so members can access the space whenever it’s needed. This room has 5 member workstations with laptops on each desk as well as a conference table with 4 chairs and a dedicated printer/copier/scanner.
